Check out this article on IBD, constipation, colonics, stress, and "all kinds of crappy problems" which appeared in the San Jose weekly called "Metro". The article also discusses a book called "Far From Poopin" by Loree Taylor Jordan. I'm not sure how long the link will remain active, so if it appears to be dead then try searching for it manually on the Metroactive site by author (Kelly Luker) or title (Going Concerns).

For the last three hours I have updated quite a few pages on this site. There's still a lot more to add but it'll have to wait because I'll be out of town for a week. In the interim, enjoy the following updates:
Research on grain fed cows and IBD, and an immunodeficiency hypothesis and IBD;
Success Stories from Debra Colchamiro (aka the "bodybuilding librarian") and others;
Recipe updates (including a link to scdrecipe.com);
Resources a new dry curd cottage cheese location has been submitted (don't be bashful--send in your favorite dccc sources!!);
About has been updated to reflect Mike's updated employment status;
Community members are creating SCD websites everywhere! Several new SCD and IBD related websites have been added to the "Other Websites" page. Phew! I'm off to
cook up an SCD-legal lunch! Read about it on Flog!
