Headline News and Minor Updates

"Raw Life" author Paul Nison is touring the country to speak about his book, "Raw Knowledge". According to Paul's website, www.rawlife.com, he had ulcerative colitis and cured himself with raw foods. His diet does go quite against the SCD (especially the SCD's intro stages which prefer cooked foods) but his experience and perspective may be worthwhile. As you can see, diet *does* have something to do with intestinal health (whether it is the SCD, raw foods, paleolithic, going against the grain, etc.). :-)
